Brian founded Disruptive Growth Consultants after more than eight years in healthcare operations, where he saw how much skilled time goes to repetitive work and how fast that changes when the right system is in place. He is a certified Project Management Professional and runs every engagement the way he runs a project: scoped, visible and finished.
He builds the automations he teaches, writes the policies he recommends, and uses AI daily to run his own firm, including the systems that produce DGC's own documents, content and research.
