Workflow automation

Automations that run your busywork and wait for your yes.

We find the repetitive steps that eat your week and build automations and custom AI agents inside the tools you already use. AI drafts, sorts and prepares. Your people decide.

What we build

Six places to start.

Each one is scoped to a result you can see in weeks, not a platform project that takes a year.

01

Inbox and follow-ups

Sorting, summarizing and drafting replies that wait for your approval. Leads and requests routed to the right person with the details already pulled out.

02

Documents and reports

Weekly reports, proposals, meeting summaries and status updates assembled from your systems in your templates, ready for a human edit.

03

Data and spreadsheets

Exports cleaned and matched, exceptions flagged, dashboards refreshed. You review what looks off instead of everything.

04

Intake and scheduling

Details extracted from forms, calls and messages; records created; next steps scheduled; confirmations sent.

05

Content and marketing

Posts, emails and pages drafted from your own material and voice guide, checked against your standards, queued for approval.

06

Custom AI agents

An assistant with a job: answer staff questions from your documents, prepare a brief before each meeting, or watch a process and raise a hand when something needs a person.

Human in the loop

Every build has a checkpoint.

The rule that makes automation safe to trust: AI prepares, a person approves, the system records.

Trigger

Work arrives

An email, a form, a file, a date, a message.

AI

Prepared

Read, sorted, summarized, drafted, matched against your records.

Person

Approved

Someone on your team reviews and says yes, edits, or stops it.

System

Done and logged

Sent, filed, updated and recorded, so you can see what happened.

How a build runs

From the first call to running on its own.

Short steps, visible progress, and you keep everything we build.

  1. 01

    Discover

A working session on how work actually flows today: the steps, the tools, the handoffs and the hours they take.

  2. 02

    Design

We pick the first projects by payoff and risk, agree on what AI may and may not touch, and write the plan in plain English.

  3. 03

    Build and train

Automations and agents built in your tools, tested with your data, with your team trained on how to run them.

  4. 04

    Support

We stay on for the first weeks, tune what the real world turns up, and leave you able to extend it yourself.

Questions

About automation.

What is the difference between automation and an AI agent?

Automation follows fixed steps: when a form arrives, create a record and send a confirmation. An agent uses an AI model to handle the parts that need judgment, like reading a messy email, summarizing it and drafting a reply. Most builds combine both, and both keep a person at the decision points.

Which tools do you build in?

Microsoft 365 and Power Automate, Google Workspace, HubSpot and other CRMs, Zapier and Make, plus AI assistants such as Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude. We build in what you already use whenever we can.

Do you need access to our data?

We build and test with templates and de-identified samples first. Access to live records is scoped in writing, limited to what the automation needs, and turned off when the work is done.

Who maintains it afterward?

You do, with our help. Every build comes with documentation and a handover session. We stay on for the first weeks to tune it, and you can keep us on a light-touch basis after that.

Can you automate work that involves confidential information?

Yes, with the right controls: approved tools, access limits, a human review step and a written rule on what AI may process. If something should not go through an AI model, we design around it.

What should run itself first?

Send us the three tasks you dread most. We'll tell you which one to automate first and what it would take.
