AI training

Training that turns curiosity into daily habits.

Most people have tried an AI tool. Few use one every day with confidence. We close that gap with hands-on sessions built around your real work, your tools and your rules.

Formats

Pick the format. Keep the skills.

Every format teaches the same core: what the tools can do, how to instruct them, how to check them, and how to use them safely.

Virtual

Live team workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions over Teams or Zoom for your whole team. Real tasks from your business, not generic demos. Everyone leaves with something they built.

  • AI fundamentals: what the tools do and where they fail
  • Prompting that works: structure, context, examples, iteration
  • Your workflows, live: drafting, summarizing, analyzing, planning
  • Safe use: data rules, review habits, what never goes in

What people learn

A curriculum built for work, not for demos.

Modules are mixed and matched to your team. Each one ends with something you made.

01

AI fundamentals

How large language models work in plain English, what they are good at, where they fail, and how to tell the difference.

02

Prompting that works

Role, context, task, format, examples. How to iterate, how to ask for a critique, how to build a prompt library your team shares.

03

Everyday workflows

Drafting and editing, summarizing long documents, extracting data, preparing for meetings, analyzing spreadsheets, planning projects.

04

Content creation

Posts, newsletters, proposals and pages that sound like you: voice guides, review checklists and a repeatable weekly process.

05

No-code automation

Connecting the tools you have: Power Automate, Zapier, Make and built-in AI features, with a person approving the important steps.

06

Safe and responsible use

Data rules, confidentiality, accuracy checks, disclosure, and an AI acceptable-use policy people can actually follow.

Questions

About training.

Who should attend a team workshop?

Anyone whose job involves writing, reading, planning, analyzing or answering questions. That is most people. Mixed groups work well because the examples cross departments.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you have or should have: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the AI features inside tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and HubSpot. We teach the thinking, so the skills transfer when tools change.

Do we need technical staff?

No. Training is built for business users. Where something needs a technical hand, we show the boundary and offer to build it for you.

How do you handle sensitive information in training?

We never use real customer or patient data in a session. We use your templates and de-identified examples, and we cover the rules for what may and may not go into an AI tool.

Can training be combined with automation?

Yes, and it usually should be. Teams adopt an automation faster when they understand the tool behind it. Many engagements pair a workshop with one or two builds.
